My husband and I have a nice big garden and love, so many fresh ingredients as we can, if we prepare our easy to use recipes and barbecue grills. One of my favorites is fresh salad of new potatoes with peas and mint. E 'light and refreshing and is actually better made the day before. Barbecue in Your Crockpot - Easy Shredded BBQ Pork Recipe

Saving money for dinner tonight with your own crockpot barbecued pork shreds. This recipe, along with my special homemade barbecue sauce is not only delicious, but simple to prepare.

Slow cookers are great for time and money. Cooking in a crockpot is cheaper cuts of tender meat and consumption of energy is low, since even a crockpot requires less energy to create a tasty meal cooking in the oven.

How to Make Shredded Barbecue Pork

Samosa Recipe - Vegetable Filling

1 can (12 ounces) cola or beer

Fourth of July Recipes

Ingredients

• £ 1 spaghetti

• 1 head fresh broccoli, chopped

• 1 head cauliflower, finely chopped

• 2 large cucumbers, finely chopped

• 2 (6 oz) cans of black olives, drained and halved

• 1 (16 oz)Bottle spicy Italian dressing

• 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix

• 1 tablespoon salad seasoning

Directions

1. In a pot of boiling salted water to al dente spaghetti, rinse and cool. Add pasta to a large bowl and mix with chopped broccoli, cauliflower and cucumbers.

2. Add the spicy ranch salad dressing mix and Italian dressing, spaghetti and vegetables and sprinkle the salad with the mixture of spices. Add and mix wellspices to taste. Before serving, add the black olives. For even more color halved cherry tomatoes can be added.

Winter apricot compote is a delicious recipe for warm fruit that is sure to please.

NOTE YAM SOUFFLE

3 eggs
2 tablespoons brown sugar (more if you use fresh sweet potatoes)
2 teaspoonsgrated orange rind
1 teaspoon salt
1 / 4 teaspoon nutmeg
3 cans (16 oz each potato), sweet potatoes or, 6, boiled, peeled and crushed
2 / 3 cup cream or milk
2 / 3 cup chopped pecans
6 tablespoons melted butter
Mini-marshmallows for garnish
Pecan half for garnish
Half Maraschino cherry, drained, for garnish

Fluffy from 8 hours before cooking, eggs, sugar, orange peel and spices in a large bowl. Stir in potatoes, cream, pecans and butter.Chill in pan. Bake at 325 degrees in a saucepan 1 1/2-qt for 50 minutes. Garnish with marshmallows, alternately half walnuts and half cherry around the top of the pot.

WINTER apricot compote

If you are a follower of this blog, you know that some of my recipes from my mother's collection of "The Workbasket" magazine will be. This magazine recently deceased was the pride of many rural housewives, when I was a child. This is another recipe from a 1970"The Workbasket" magizine.

2 cans (30 oz each apricot)
1 cup apricot nectar
1 1 / 2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons cold water
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 / 2 cup well packed brown sugar
1 cup pitted prunes
1 can (30 oz) pear half, drained
1 / 2 cup toasted shredded coconut, optional

Pour 2 cups of apricot syrup in a large saucepan. (Use the remaining syrup drinks and desserts.) Addition of nectar to boil the syrup rapidly until it reduces to 1 volume 1 / 2Cups. A mixture of cornstarch and water in a large pot, stir in curry powder and sugar. Gradually stir in syrup mixture. Simmer mixture, stirring constantly for 30 seconds. Add the prunes and apricots and dehydrated pear half, for about 5 minutes, or cook covered until just heated through. Spoon Cooking attractive and serve with coconut, if desired.

Barbecue Picnic Recipes

This month, our chef Sophia presents recipes that not only to honor the man in your life on Father's Day, but also your guests for a 4th July party!

COOKED BARBECUE RIBS

You do not need to make a tasty BBQ grill that covered the rib bones. Roast it means that you this summer favorite all year round!

INGREDIENTS

- Ground cumin
- Chili powder
- Paprika
- Garlic powder
- Onion Powder
- Salt and pepper
--3 pounds baby back pork ribs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce

DIRECTIONS

1) Baby Back Ribs not so much fat as short or spare ribs, but no matter what kind of cut you choose, you do not want any fat. When are your ribs in the form of a plate, cut them into pieces one-rib bones per piece.

2) Place the ribs in a large pot and cover with water. Add your preferred amount of the spices above to set the water and stir to combine. Bring the broth to a boil.Lower heat and simmer for 45 minutes or until the ribs are very tender.

3) Preheat broiler.

4) Place ribs on a hot pan and brush with barbecue sauce. Roasts ribs about 7 to 9 inches from heat source for 15 minutes. Every 5 minutes, then over the ribs and brush with sauce. The sauce should caramelize on the meat, so delicious finger licking ribs!

BEER MARGARITAS

A refreshing, citrus drink, lime-flavored beer is used instead ofTequila.

INGREDIENTS

- Four bottles of beer, lime flavored, like Miller Chill
- One can frozen limeade mix
- Margarita Salt
- Lime wedges (optional)

DIRECTIONS

1) Pour mixture into a large pitcher of limeade. Slowly pour in beer. Let it be reduced, so that each foam.

2) Dip the rim with a glass of water, then in the margarita salt. Pour into your drink and garnish with a wedge of lime.
