BBQ smoked turkey with Sweet Chili Rub - Make a Difference Holiday Turkey Dinner This Year

When well managed, smoked turkey is a great substitute for pork. When long for the taste and texture of barbecue, but they need to eat a little 'healthier, barbecue turkey is perfect.

Combine rub ingredients in a small, Chilebowl.

Wash the turkey well under cold water. Dry with paper towels. Cut the fat and the guts to reject or save for another recipe. Place onion and orange into the cavity of the turkey, then season inside with salt and pepper.

With a turkey injector, inject the turkey in several places with apple juice. Pat the rub all of Chile on the outside of the turkey, being careful not to lose any part of the birds.

Basil marinated and grilled meats Flank - Another BBQ Party Pleaser

Who does not love grilled flank steak? And with Labor Day just around the corner, this is a perfect recipe to serve to all your friends and family. It 'easy to prepare and easy to grill. Everyone will love it!

What you need:

- 1 Pound steak (side)

- 1 / 2 cup basil leaves (chopped)

- 1 / 4 cup Dijon mustard

- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

- 1 / olive oil 4 cups
