Basil marinated and grilled meats Flank - Another BBQ Party Pleaser

Who does not love grilled flank steak? And with Labor Day just around the corner, this is a perfect recipe to serve to all your friends and family. It 'easy to prepare and easy to grill. Everyone will love it!

What you need:

- 1 Pound steak (side)

- 1 / 2 cup basil leaves (chopped)

- 1 / 4 cup Dijon mustard

- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

- 1 / olive oil 4 cups

All you have to do for this simple recipe is the place for steaksealable plastic bag, not the metal container.

Then, add the remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender and pour over steak. You will need to marinate for 1 to 4 hours.

Finally, the grilled steak over high heat for 4 minutes per side for medium rare. Let cool for 5 minutes before cutting into thin slices diagonally.

A perfect appetizer to serve with this is Curry Dip and raw vegetables. See the recipe for the dip below.

Curry Dip can be used toso many different things. You can use with cooked vegetables, or as sauces for meat fondue.

However, you want to use you like this particular recipe. This is a good use for your next party or event.

What you need:

- 1 8 oz container reduces the light sour cream

- 1 / 3 Cup mayonnaise, low fat

- 1 teaspoon curry powder

- In powder 1 tsp turmeric

- 2 tablespoons mango chutney

This recipe is simple and requiresOne thing to do! Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate until serving. That's it! Nothing could be easier?

If you use this as a dip, you can blanched fresh broccoli, cauliflower and carrots and use as dippers. Another idea is to use any dip that left over and toss with cooked potatoes, red for a great salad.
