Barbecue Picnic Recipes

Grill barbecue RIBS


You do not need a grill to barbecue ribs delicious that fall within the bone. Gril means that you can do this summer favorite all year!


INGREDIENTS


-- Cumin
-- Chile powder
-- Paprika
-- Garlic powder
-- Onion powder
-- Salt and pepper
-- 3 pounds baby back pork ribs
-- 1 cup barbecue sauce


DIRECTIONS


1) Baby back ribs were not too fat or more short of spare ribs, but whatever the type of your choice, cut fat while you do not want. If your ribs are in a slab, cut them into individual pieces side by a bone piece.


2) Place the ribs in a large pot and cover with water. Add your choice of spices amount listed above for water and stir to combine. Bring the broth to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 45 minutes or until ribs are very tender.


3) Preheat the grill.


4) Place ribs on a broiler pan and brush with barbecue sauce. Grill the ribs by about 7 to 9 inches from source of heat for 15 minutes. Every 5 minutes, turn over ribs and brush with more sauce. The sauce should be stamped on the meat, which makes delicious, finger-licking ribs!


BEER Margarita


A refreshing, citrus drink that uses lime-flavoured beer instead of tequila.


INGREDIENTS


-- Four lime flavored beer bottles, as Miller Chill
-- Can be blended frozen limeade
-- Margarita salt
-- Lime corners (optional)


DIRECTIONS


1) To limeade mixture in a large pitcher. Slowly pour a beer. Let it serve to allow any foam to fall.


2) Dip the rim of a glass in water, then in the margarita salt. Pour into your drink and garnish with a wedge of lime.
